How WEETRA Organization processes personal data under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
WEETRA operates as an independent methodological organization, not a regulatory authority. This Privacy Policy explains our commitment to data protection and how we process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
WEETRA ORGANIZATION (Entrepreneur Individuel), located at 59 rue de Ponthieu — B 326, 75008 Paris, France (SIRET. 901 675 520 00026), acts as the Data Controller for administrative and operational data.
We process personal data to deliver our independent methodological and evidentiary review services, manage client relationships, fulfil legal obligations and, where the visitor has consented, measure the use of public website pages through Google Analytics 4.
Processing is based on. (a) performance of a contract, (b) compliance with legal obligations, (c) legitimate interests in maintaining security, and (d) consent for optional website analytics and wherever consent is otherwise specifically requested.
We collect administrative data (contact information, billing details) and evidentiary data (industrial records) directly from clients via our secure infrastructure. If website analytics is accepted, technical usage information may also be processed, such as pages viewed, browser or device information, referrer information, approximate geography and interaction events. Client evidence and form content are not sent to Google Analytics.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the service engagement or as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. Website analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured for the WEETRA Google Analytics 4 property and Google’s applicable service settings.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact our DPO.
Data is shared only with service providers used for defined operational purposes and subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. Where analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics may receive technical website-usage data under Google’s applicable service terms. WEETRA does not sell personal data.
We use strictly necessary storage for site operation and for remembering your analytics preference. Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-39SKM0FD8Z) is optional and is loaded only after you accept analytics measurement. We do not use Google Ads or advertising cookies on this site. You can refuse analytics without losing access to the public site and can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
We implement robust technical and organizational measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption, AES-256 storage, and strict access controls.
Core WEETRA client and evidentiary data is hosted within the EU/EEA according to the applicable service architecture. Where optional analytics is accepted, analytics-related technical data may be processed by Google group entities outside the EEA subject to the safeguards and service terms applicable to Google Analytics.
