Where the mandate includes a Determination Package, the conclusion remains connected to the reviewed documents, relevant versions, corrections, limitations and human review that led to it.
When a deeper review is commissioned, Weetra records what was received, what was relied on, what conflicted, what was corrected, what changed and why the final conclusion was reached. That history makes the file easier for an adviser, verifier or authority to understand later.
Depending on the level and mandate, the package may include the Determination Report and an explanation of how the conclusion is supported. It may also include the documents reviewed, key information checked, issues and unresolved points, the history of questions and corrections, the analyst’s review notes, a supporting-document list and file-integrity checks.
The value is not a promise of future acceptance. It is the preservation of what was received, relied on, conflicted, changed and retained so the file can still be explained years later.
A Determination is Weetra’s accountable conclusion about what the reviewed file supports within the defined scope. It states what is supported, what is not yet supported, where documents conflict and what still requires attention.
The mandate identifies the documents received, entities and installations covered, reporting period, review depth and cut-off date. The conclusion is only as broad as that defined scope.
It can address supported and unsupported figures or statements, conflicting records, missing documents, reconciliations, unresolved matters and other documentary questions that affect the conclusion.
A generic completeness percentage can hide a critical defect. A file that is “95% complete” may still fail to establish the installation behind a material emissions value. Weetra therefore records the substance of the documentary issue rather than reducing the file to a single score.
The conclusion reflects the evidence available at the relevant review point. The cut-off date makes clear which documents and versions were part of that conclusion.
New evidence can change what the file supports. Weetra can document the new material, record which earlier evidence it replaces or supplements, revisit the affected point and preserve the reason for any updated conclusion.
A Weetra Determination is not a statutory verification opinion. An accredited verifier remains independent and applies the applicable CBAM verification requirements.
The Determination is the conclusion. The Determination Package is the supporting record that shows which documents were reviewed, what changed and how the conclusion was reached.
The Determination can support internal review, adviser work and later preparation for verification or authority scrutiny by making the conclusion and its unresolved points explicit.

Where a Determination is issued, the record should identify the engagement or file reference, report version, review cut-off, scope, relevant entities or installations, documents reviewed, unresolved points and the Weetra reviewer responsible for the conclusion.
A review can remain unresolved or non-finalisable within scope when a material relationship cannot be established from the available evidence. Deeper review does not create evidence that does not exist.
