On 13 July 2026 the Commission adopted measures updating product scope and the digital tools supporting EUDR implementation. Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1565 changes the handling of due-diligence statements, simplified declarations for eligible micro or small primary operators, contingency arrangements and other Information System measures.
